Homemade Potato Wedges
These homemade wedges are so good, and so easy to prepare, and you can control the amount of fat that goes onto them as well. The result is crunchy, tasty and mega delicious.

Ingredients for 4:

1kg small potatoes, scrubbed clean, cut into wedges,
 salt, pepper,
1 teaspoon smoked paprika,
1 teaspoon sweet paprika,
1 teaspoon onion granules,
1/4 teaspoon garlic granules,
2 heaped teaspoon flour,
2 teaspoon vegetable oil.


1. Pre-heat the oven to 220°C/Gas 7. Sprinkle the salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder and flour over the wedges.
2. With your hand rub the mix over the potato wedges. Drizzle the oil over it and mix again.
3. Spread the wedges over a baking tray lined with baking parchment or silicon liner and put into the oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crunchy. Serve immediately with fish, meat, burgers or on their own with nice dipping sauces.
